Senior Management Council
Once a year senior managers take part in a Senior Management Council meeting. Corporate issues related to strategy and leadership are on the agenda. In addition the managers have on these occasions the opportunity to build personal relationships across business areas and geographical borders.
Country Chair
In addition to the regional managers, a number of Country Chairs have been appointed. They act as the CEO’s local representatives within a geographical area. Each Country Chair is responsible for coordinating administrative functions and ensuring that synergy effects are exploited for the benefit of DNV as a whole.
